How to create a custom ring online | Remote jewellery design process

Step 1 | Initial Consultation
We take the opportunity to get to know our clientele and what they love the most in a bespoke jewellery item.
Our experienced jewellery designer offers advice tailored to your vision with practical and knowledgeable insights.

Step 2 | Gemstone Sourcing
We select a range of gemstones that match your vision.
Photos and videos of the gemstones are sent along with pros and cons of each.
We also offer shipping options if you’d like to view the gems in person.

Step 3 | Design & Approval Phase
Designs are sketched for your feedback along with accurate quotes.
Once the overall design has been approved, manufacturing begins.

Step 4 | Manufacturing & Delivery
The manufacturing process takes five to six weeks, all work is completed onsite at our studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Once completed, the jewellery is sent express and registered with insurance cover.

Payment schedule for engagement rings online
Step 1 - Discovery Call
Free of charge
Step 2 - Gemstones Sourcing
$175AUD (Credited back on completion)
If you’d like to view the gemstones in person, the full amount for each stone is charged with postage, you are refunded the total amount for each stone returned.
Step 3 - Design phase
$175AUD (Credited back on completion)
We ask for a small deposit to cover the design costs should you choose not to go ahead.
Step 4 - Manufacturing
A 30% deposit for the total amount is due.
Step 5 - Ring Completed
The final 70% less 350AUD for the design and gemstone sourcing fee is due, once received we post the ring out to you.
